There is only one way to stop the Registration Warning.  That is to send in a Registration Form and enter the Registration Number you should receive via email; usually within 48 hours.  You must also Save the information on the Company Information window after entering the Registration Number.

 

Sometimes after entering the Registration Number the Save button is not visible.  As shown on the right side of the Company Information window:

You must Tab or Click out of a field for changes to take effect. 

If you don't tab or click out of the field the program doesn't know that anything has changed, so it doesn't know that anything needs to be saved.  Therefore the Save button is not visible.

 

Sometimes when someone receives a Registration Number, enters it in the correct field, and Saves it, the counter continues to count down.  Why might this happen?

 

Because someone changed something in the Company Information window after sending the Registration Form.

 

Often that something that got changed is insignificant to the user but as different as night and day to the computer.

 

Let Me Define Changing Anything

Experience has shown that some people do not understand what "change anything" means, so let me insult your intelligence with a few examples.

123 south drive is not the same as 123 South Drive

123 South Drive is not the same as 123 South Dr.

123 South Dr. is not the same as 123 South Dr

( Note the missing period after the second Dr)

 

 

732-555-1212 is not the same as 732 555-1212

(732)555-1212 is not the same as (732) 555-1212

( Did you catch this one? The space between ")" and "5".

 

The user may not have changed anything.  But someone else might have.  So before calling about the Registration Number not working, make sure the information is the same (identical) as that sent to Reflections Of Nature, LLC.  We apologize for treating you like a child on this matter, but we have received a lot of call in the past from people who "didn't change anything", when something was changed.

 

If you move, or otherwise need to change your Company Info, you will most likely need a new Registration Number.  After changing your Company Info, email the new registration info to Reflections Of Nature, LLC.  There is no charge for Registration Numbers.
